At Alchemy Footwear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns. We only offer exchange in the following conditions:

📦 How to Request an Exchange:

Contact our support team with your order details.

Once approved, courier the product back to our warehouse (shipping to be borne by the customer).

After quality check, the correct size will be dispatched.
